Quality Assurance in Training (429)

The 6317 awards are intended for anyone involved in the assessment and quality assurance of both accredited and non-accredited learning. This means that many more staff, supervisors and managers will be able to complete the new awards, compared to the A and V awards.

One of the areas that staff have to deal with in the Learning and Development of other employees is that of assessment, basically checking on how well they are progressing along on their journey of education and development. They may be on some courses themselves, perhaps an NVQ of some sort?

This course is designed to assist trainers to assess people and to ensure that the quality of training they are receiving is at the required level, this also being known as TAQA (Training, Assessment, Quality and Assurance). This qualification is deemed to be essential if you wish to become an Assessor.
