Our Fast Track Course Solutions (6 – 10 Delegates)

For over 20 years, we have delivered a range of intensive Fast Track programmes, linked to Management and Trainer qualifications accredited by City & Guilds and ILM.

Delegates complete all learning and course module requirements over a five day period. This gives your team the core Management or Trainer Skills Toolkit to begin to make a difference in the business.

We can customise Fast Track Courses to reflect your specific business needs. For example deigning specific assignments around your own product or customer scenarios; or developing hands on assessments that use your industry standard equipment.

Groups sizes are intentionally small, ensuring every receives the personalised, intensive support to progress and complete the programme successfully.

Programmes provide a solid foundation, giving delegates the skills, knowledge and confidence to move forward quickly in their role. Assignments and activities completed during the programme meet the requirements for award accreditation buy City & Guild or ILM.

Qualifications Available as Fast Track

We have developed 'off the shelf' delivery solutions for the TAQA Level 3 Assessing Vocational Achievement Award, the Level 4 Leading Internal Quality Assessment and the ILM Level 3 Diploma in Management.
