ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management comprises between 13-36 credits dependant on units selected.

Overview

This qualification is ideal if you have (or are about to be given) management responsibilities but no formal training and are serious about developing your abilities. It’s particularly suited to practising team leaders seeking to move up to the next level of management, and managers who need to lead people through organisational change, improved efficiency or other pressures.

Become an effective and confident first-line manager. Develop a range of key management skills and build your leadership skills and capabilities using your own knowledge, values and motivations.

Course structure

Candidates will receive a remote induction with a dedicated Training Advisor. Following this, the course can be delivered and assessed either in the workplace or remotely, dependant upon your requirements. The programme will be planned for 12 months, but can be completed sooner dependant upon your commitment and timely submission of evidence. Advice will be given on the most appropriate route to undertake in line with the candidate’s job role and aspirations.
